The following policies apply to paid subscribers of app.sproocheprett.ai. Explicit consent is required upon activation of the subscription in order to use the product.

AI Interaction

SproochePrett users will interact with an Artificial Intelligence system. All verbal prompts and feedback are AI-generated. While our AI is trained to simulate the Sproochentest environment and regularly monitored by our team of human experts, it may occasionally produce errors or hallucinations. Additionally, SproochePrett is not an official examiner and does not guarantee a specific exam result.

Data Recording

To provide you with accurate feedback and a history of your progress, your responses are recorded and stored. For speech recognition, your audio is processed by LuxASR (University of Luxembourg); their transcripts are then used by SproochePrett to generate your performance analysis and improve your simulation experience. Recordings will be deleted upon expiry of your account, or upon your request. Please note that the SproochePrett team may access your securely stored, de-identified recordings for the purpose of refining and validating the performance analysis.

GDPR

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal data to train "General Purpose" AI models without your explicit separate consent. You have the right to access, export, or delete your recordings at any time.

Privacy Policy

  1. Data Controller

    SproochePrett (operated by Bonnie Voie) is the data controller for the information you provide. If you have questions about your data, you can reach us at moien@sproocheprett.ai.

  2. What Data We Collect

    We collect the following:

    -Account Information: Name and email address for account creation and billing.

    -Audio Data: Voice recordings and transcriptions generated during your simulations.

    -Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the tool to improve the AI's performance.

  3. Purpose of Processing

    We process your data to:

    -Provide the AI simulation and feedback.

    -Maintain your account and subscription.

    -Improve the accuracy of our Luxembourgish language models. Note: We do not sell your data to third parties or use your data to train general AI models.

  4. Legal Basis for Processing

    We process your data based on Contractual Necessity (to provide and improve the service you paid for) and your Explicit Consent (given when you record your voice).

  5. Data Retention

    Your audio recordings and personal data are stored for the duration of your active subscription. Upon the expiry of your account, your voice recordings will be deleted, unless you request earlier deletion. To request earlier deletion, contact moien@sproocheprett.ai.

  6. Your Rights

    Under GDPR, you have the right to:

    -Access: Request a copy of your data.

    -Rectification: Correct any errors.

    -Erasure: Request that we delete your data (the 'Right to be Forgotten').

    -Portability: Move your data to another service. To exercise these rights, contact moien@sproocheprett.ai.

  7. Third-Party Processors

    We use trusted third-party providers to help run our service, including Squarespace (web hosting and payment processing), Resend (account notifications), Firebase (application hosting), LuxASR (Speech-to-Text transcription from the University of Luxembourg), ElevenLabs (voice & transcription), and Google Cloud Platform (AI analysis). These providers are GDPR-compliant and only have access to the data necessary to perform their functions.
